Shipping and Return Policy

US Domestic Shipping

1. Regular orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days of being placed.

2. Ellegantluxe usually ship one time during business day. Days vary based on frequency and request of orders.

3. All of our jewelries are handmade. Due to its handmade nature, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship.

4. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is fulfilled.

6. If your order is damaged when you receive your package, take a picture of the product and send the picture to ellegantluxe@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once we are aware of the damage we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
